Acacia Villa was designed and created with vacation rental in mind. Situated to catch the tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the pool. Two queen bedrooms en suite at opposite ends of the villa offer privacy for one or two couples. Acacia Villa is on one level with no steps. A maximum of four persons or two couples is intended. |

Acacia
Villa is situated in the quiet residential resort community of
Leeward, on Leeward Canal with a boat dock. The community lies at
the northeastern end of Providenciales eleven miles from the
international airport. Leeward Marina offers boating excursions
and a restaurant, just a 5 minute walk from the vacation villa.
Four public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The
closest is one mile away. The villa is on a paved road in a good
location for jogging or biking.
