The small Villa Resort is ideal for Mom-dad-and-the kids, memorable family reunions, multi generation reunions or Wedding parties.
All three villas set around the large swimming pool are an excellent venue for a group of friends or family up to 18 persons.
Our three 150 square meter Garden Villas fit up to 7 guests each.

The Villas feature 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, complete Kitchen with Microwave, Cable TV, Radio, High speed Satellite Internet access, Hairdryer, Ironing Board, Iron, Poolside balcony a landscaped backyard with Whirlpool and private Patio.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, the second guest room a Queen size bed with the option to add an extra bed, the smaller third guest room features two twin size beds.

Perla Marina is a gated seaside
residential community set into an inspiring tropical scenery and a
lush forested area boasting century trees, wild native parrots and a
large variety of birds and plant life.
Cabarete village as well as Sosua offers nice Caribbean Art
and Crafts shopping, Boutiques, European Bakeries, Supermarkets,
Surf Shops, Open air Beach Bars, Live Music and great Night Life.
Both towns are at a 10 minute ride from the Perla Marina Resort.
A close by Supermarket offers home delivery against a reasonable
charge.

Villa
sleeps 6 persons, extra bed possible for an additional person at USD

From 20th of December through 8th of January the minimum
stay is 12 nights.
Rental includes all linens and towels and daily maid service,
as well as potable water supply.
For the use of the Telephone we require a deposit.

3 p.m. and check out at 1 p.m., please check with villa guest
service for any alterations.
1. Deposits:
50% payment is due upon receipt of your rental confirmation from
Anami Villas, balance one week before arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy:
No refund at NO Show and all Christmas reservations (December 20
through January 4), cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival
will be charged with a penalty fee of two villa nights. Cancellation
within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged with a penalty fee of
50% of reserved Villa rental.
3. Right of admission for villa visitors reserved.
