Located in one of the premier developments on the beautiful Turks and Caicos island of  Providenciales, Oceanside Tower villa is a magnificent ocean front property offering fantastic views of the sparkling Caribbean waters of the Caicos Bank. Oceanside Tower has recently been remodeled along with new furniture, screened porch area and newly constructed, infinity-edged swimming pool.

Oceanside Tower is built on two levels with the additional of a bonus room on a third level. The furnishings have an upscale Caribbean feel and the villa is well equipment with all modern appliances. The main living area of Oceanside Tower is actually on the second level taking advantage of tropical breezes as well as the breathtaking views.

This main living area consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest 1/2 bath on the main level.

The ground floor level consists of a three bedrooms, one full bathroom and an outdoor shower. The bed configurations on this level are two bedrooms with a set of twins (one of which can be dressed as a king and one bedroom with a queen.*) From this level it is only a few short steps to the oceans edge where you will find an easy ocean entry with a foot friendly bottom.  A large wrap around deck and screened porch area surrounds the main floor level.

For your convenience, beach towels and blow driers are provided in addition to all major appliances, kitchenware, baby crib, and linens.  A collection of DVD and VCR movies are also available to our guests as well as music CDs. Your iPod as well as our XM Satellite receiver can be played through the surround sound system.  High speed Internet (Ethernet and wireless connections) is provided at no additional cost for guests who provide their own laptop computers.  For valuables, we offer you a security box.

Weekly villa rates:

              Dec 15 - Jan 03 and all of March  1-8 persons   $6,000/wk   
  Jan 03 – Feb 28; Apr 1 – Dec 14  1-3 persons   $3,500/wk   
  Jan 03 – Feb 28; Apr 1 – Dec 14  4-8 persons   $5,500/wk  
Air conditioning charges are included in villa rates.

To make a reservation a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less $150 administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, refund is subject to re-letting the property.

Mid-week maid service is included in the rates and includes a light cleanup. Additional maid service is available for $15 an hour with a three-hour minimum
