Located at Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks & Caicos Islands, South Fleetwood is a unique vacation guest house. It is a creation of the heart and hands of Kit & Colin. A genuine place to relax and be restored. Welcome to our work of love!

The Cottage
	A private guest house with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom (king sized bed) and bath. Designed for a couple however, the living room couch can be converted into a queen sized pull out bed. With A/C, a fresh water pool, washing machine, maid service.


	The Suite
This suite, located on the groundfloor has two bedrooms, two baths, a Florida Room, a fully equipped kitchen, and both a living and dining room. A 2 mintues walk to famous Grace Bay Beach with miles and miles of powdwe white sand.
	Set in a beautiful tropical garden on a spacious property with BBQ, hammocks and Tiki Hut.With a fresh water pool, washing machine, and maid service the Suite is a great place to have a vacation that you will remember for many years to come.


The Condo
	The Condo has 2 bedrooms with baths on the second level. Enjoy the cathedral ceilings while lounging in the quiet of your living and dining rooms. Have coffee while watching the sun rise on your private balcony. Or, jump in the fresh water pool and perhaps you'll enjoy the whirl-pool instead.
