With 4000 sq/ft Sunset Point Villa is perfect for several couples who want to vacation together, an extended family, or a couple of families looking for a relaxing place to call their own. With a private pool, game room, large kitchen, and beautiful ocean views from every room in the house, it's a great getaway convenient to the airport and shopping, but away from the noise and the crowds.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, refrigerator, icemaker, and much more. It features a convenient large wood-top island and a breakfast bar with four swivel bar stools. There is also an outside propane BBQ grill on the deck just off of the kitchen. Meals can be served on two dining tables, one that seats eight, and a glass-top table in the living room area that seats four.

On the ground level, leading to the pool deck, the family/game room features a brand new 39” Toshiba television, Sony Playstation 2 with video games included, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.

Sunset Point features four spacious bedrooms… all with incredible ocean views, all with queen sized beds, all with ensuite bathrooms, and all with large private balconies.

The master bedroom suite in the upper story of the main house includes a gallery window that looks out over the living room area below and boasts an unrivalled view of turquoise Caribbean waters. The adjoining wing of the villa, connected by covered decks, houses the other three bedrooms. The oversized and airy first floor bedroom suite includes a conversation area with couch and chairs, and a loft level with futon bed.

Rental rates are for the entire villa. To make a reservation a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less $150 administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, refund is subject to re-letting the property. (Travel insurance is available through www.travelguard.com, or www.AllTripInsurance.com, or www.InsureMyTrip.com.)

Maid service is included one time in the middle of your stay for a light clean-up. Additional maid service is available for $10an hour with a three-hour minimum. If you want a cook or chef to cook at the villa for you, this can be easily arranged.

Unlimited high speed internet access is complimentary.
