From the sliding patio doors you have an unobstructed view of the
beach and ocean beyond.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer , dishwasher ,
stove , microwave and a host of smaller electronic appliances . A
separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
From the kitchen you walk through to the spacious dining area , and
then down to the sunken lounge and living area.

master bedroom contains a king size bed and benefits from a large
private patio , furnished with rattan chaises, from which you can relax
and take in the wonderful ocean views. |

second bedroom features twin beds , which can be dressed as a King if
so desired. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom
features a full size futon bed. |

self contained guest suite benefits from a spacious bedroom area with

air conditioning. Cable TV and a VCR are also included . |
